1. Foundation pouring.

1) Setting up a street lamp installation position: According to the construction drawings and the geological conditions of the survey site, the location of the street lamps should be set at the base of the street lamp spacing of 40 meters as there is no shading.

2) excavation of road lamp Foundation: in the fixed position of the road lamp installation, excavation of a road lamp foundation pit, if the ground 1 meters of soil soft, then the depth of our excavation will be deepened. And confirm and protect other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) at the excavation site.

3) Build a battery box in the excavated foundation pit for burying and discharging the battery. If the pit is not wide enough, we will continue to dig wide enough to accommodate the battery box.

4) pouring light foundation embedded parts: in the 1 meter deep pit, the pre embedded parts of the company are placed in the pit, and one end of the steel pipe is placed in the middle of the embedded parts, and the other end is placed in the buried storage battery. And keep the embedded parts, foundation and ground in the same horizontal plane. Then the embedded parts are poured and fixed with C20 concrete. Continuous mixing and symmetry in the pouring process ensures the compactness and firmness of the whole embedded parts.

5) after the completion of the construction, timely cleaning of the residue on the positioning board, until the concrete completely solidified (about 4 days, if the weather is good for 3 days), then can installation.

 

2. Installation of solar street lamp assembly.

solar panel installation:

1) put the solar panels on the bracket of the battery and tighten them with screws to make them firm and reliable.

2) connect the output line of the solar panel, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the battery board, and fasten the output line of the battery panel with tape.

3) after the wire is connected, tin plating on the wiring board of the battery board to prevent oxidation of wires. Then put the battery line on the waiting line aside and wait for the thread to go through. Lighting

 

 

3. Lamp head installation.

1) Wear the lamp line from the lamp arm and leave a lamp line at one end of the lamp holder to install the lamp holder.

2) the lamp pole is supported, and the other end of the lamp line is penetrated from the hole along the line reserved for the lamp post, and the lamp line is directed to one end of the lamp post. And install the lamp head at the other end of the lamp line.

3) aligning the lamp arm with the screw holes on the lamppost, then use the fast spanner to tighten the lamp arm with screws. The lamp arm is fastened to the lamp arm without any skew.

4) to mark the end of the lamp line through the tip of the lamp, and use the thin line tube together with the solar cell line to wear the two wires together to the bottom end of the lamp pole, and fix the solar panel on the lamp pole. The check screw is tightened and the crane is hoisted.

 

 

4. The hoisting of the lamp pole.

1) before fixing the lamp pole, check the fixing conditions of each part and check whether there is any deviation between the lamp holder and the battery panel, and do accordingly adjustment.

2) put the rope in the appropriate position of the lamp pole and slowly lift the lamp. Avoid crane wire rope scratched battery board.

3) when the lamp pole is hoisted to the top of the foundation, the lamp rod is lowered slowly and the lamp pole is rotated. The lamp head is on the road, and the hole on the flange is aimed at the anchor bolt.

 
5. After the flange is laid on the foundation, the flat pads, spring mats and nuts are sheathed in sequence. Finally, the nut is screwed tightly by the spanner, and the lamp post is fixed.

 

6, Remove the lifting rope and check whether the lamp pole is tilted and whether to adjust the lamp post.

 

 

7. Installation of battery and controller.

1) put the battery into the battery well and use the thin wire to wear the battery line to the roadbed. 2) connect the connection line to the controller according to the technical requirements; first connect the battery, then the load, and then connect the sun board; the connection operation must pay attention to the connection terminals and the connection terminals on the controller which can not be wrong. The positive and negative two poles can not be collided and can not be connected. Otherwise the controller will be damaged.

3) to debug the street light work is normal; set the mode of the controller, let the street lights up, see if there is any problem, if there is no problem setting the light time, seal the lamp cap. 4) the connection effect diagram of the intelligent controller.

 

8, The adjustment of solar street lamp components and the two pre embedding.

1) after the installation of the solar street light, the installation effect of the overall street lamp is checked, and the lamp holder is tilted and readjusted. In the end, the installed street lamps are neatly uniform.

2) check whether the solar panel angle of the battery panel is biased. It is necessary to adjust the sunrise direction of the battery panel to full heading south, and the specific direction is based on the compass.

3) standing in the middle of the road to check whether the lamp arm is skewed and whether the lamp holder is right. If the lamp arm or lamp holder is not correct, it needs to be adjusted again.

4) until the installed street lamps are all adjusted and uniform, and the lamp arm lamps are not skewed, the lamppost base is embedded in two times. The base of the lamp pole is built into a small block with cement to make the solar street lamp more reliable and reliable.
