SP12N002 is a 4.8" diagonal FSTN-LCD display panel product with an integral CCFL backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of 0 ~ 50°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 60°C , and the maximal vibration level of 2.0G (19.6 m/s²). It's general features are in the following: Landscape type, Bar Display , Film type black/white (Positive/negative).Built-in T6963C driver IC. But now this model is discontinued.
SP12N002 supports display 256×64 with aspect ratio of >3:1 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in Rectangle. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 120.29(W)×30.05(H) mm, outline size of 160(W)×68(H)×12(D) mm, viewing area size of 124.3(W)×34.05(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H). As a STN, Black/White mode, Transmissive LCM product, SP12N002 can provides 90 cd/m² display brightness 20:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 40 (Typ.)(CR≥2, Φ2-Φ1) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 6 o'clock , and response time of 110/160 (Typ.)(Tr/Td) ms., thus presenting a palette of Monochrome colors. This product adopted 1 pcs CCFL as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. SP12N002 utilizes 8-bit parallel as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 5.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 75Hz.
